The Trip Charge/Diagnosis fee is $75.00 plus tax locally- within 10 miles- and $85.00 plus tax outside of 10 miles.
This includes the trip to your home and the diagnosis of the problem. Once the diagnosis has been completed you will be given an exact cost of the repair based on the “Original Blue Book Major Appliance Job Rate Guide”.
This price includes the Trip/Diagnosis fee, parts and labor and is the final price. There is no charge for extra time, no charge for extra trips and no hidden fees.
If you choose to do the repair, this will be the total amount you will owe. If you decide not to have the repair done, then you will just owe the Trip Charge/Diagnosis fee.
All Parts and Labor are Guaranteed for as long as the Manufacturer Parts Warranty is. The length of time depends on the manufacturer, but ranges from 30 days to 1 year. If a part we install fails within the warranty period, it will be replaced at no extra charge to you.
If another problem occurs on the same appliance within 30 days of your original service, we will deduct the Trip Charge/Diagnosis fee from that second repair bill.
Stacked Washer/Dryers and built in Refrigerators add $65.00 to the Trip Charge/Diagnosis fee.
Additional appliances will incur diagnostic fees of $45-$95 each, depending on the amount of work needed.
